We appreciate all our customers very much. If you are a customer of ours, we want you to know that anytime you have a problem, worry, or question about your website or anything relating to your computers we are happy to help you. If you ask us to perform tasks that take a lot of time, we may have to bill for them, but we will never do anything that would incur a bill for you without first letting you know and giving you the opportunity to decide if you want us to do the work or if you want to take care of it yourself. If it is work we have provided the means for you to perform it yourself, we will point the way to doing it and, if applicable, the relevant tutorial, before we do anything that will create a bill for you. Our customers mean everything to us and we rely almost 100% on word-of-mouth advertising to gain new customers so your opinion is everything to us. If you ever feel we have let you down in our customer service please let us know and you can be sure we will address your situation or concerns with our full attention. We strive to make the relationship with our customers friendly, helpful, and reasonable for both of us. As a logged-in customer of Captain's Designs you will have access to a few more sections of this website as well as a separate tutorial website we have on line to help you work with your CMS website.
